Just seeds. Plant food (A and B), grow sponges, baskets, domes and pod labels all come in the box, so you only choose what to grow. Any seed packet works. When the plant food runs out, any standard hydroponic nutrient will do, and it's easy to find online or at a garden store.

Mostly it depends on how much you want to grow and how much counter you have. The 10-pod fits a desk or narrow counter, the 12-pod suits most kitchens, and the 16-pod gardens need a longer counter. The 16-pod with Sprout Tray also lets you start seedlings below while plants grow on top. Compare all gardens side by side.

No. Every garden has its own full-spectrum LED grow light, so it grows anywhere with a power outlet. On the 10-pod and 12-pod, the light even switches itself on and off: 16 hours on, 8 off.

No. The pump runs in short cycles and makes a faint hum, similar to a small aquarium. On the 12-pod and the 16-pod gardens it is around 20 dB. A kitchen or office is ideal; very light sleepers may not want it in a bedroom.

Yes. Every garden takes standard grow sponges and any seed. No proprietary pods, no subscription.

They are made by an established indoor garden maker, and the box may carry the maker's name. Fyllaura chooses them, sells them and supports them, so your questions come to us and are answered within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.

Shipping is free and takes 3–7 business days, including 1–2 days to prepare your order.

For now we deliver to the 48 contiguous US states. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses yet.

We email a tracking number as soon as your order ships. It can take 24–48 hours for the carrier to show the first update. If nothing has appeared 5 business days after ordering, get in touch.

Yes, if you email us within 12 hours of placing the order. After that it is already being prepared and we cannot change it.

Yes. You can return it within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your cost. The details are in our refund policy.

If it arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, email us a photo within 7 days and we will replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you.

If tracking has not moved for 7 business days, or the package never arrives, contact us and we will send a replacement or refund you.

Sprouts appear within about a week. Herbs like basil and mint are usually ready to cut at around three weeks; lettuce takes four to five.

No. The light and pump are automatic. You top up the water and add nutrients on schedule, both covered in the setup guide we email you.

Filtered or bottled. Hard tap water throws off the nutrient balance and is the most common reason indoor gardens underperform.

A window on the tank shows the water level, so there is no guessing. Glance at it every few days and top up when it runs low. Bigger plants drink faster.

Yes. Every garden has light modes for different plants: the 10-pod and 12-pod have two, and the 16-pod gardens have three, including one for flowers and fruiting plants. The light arm rises as plants grow. Leafy herbs are the easiest place to start.

Slow sprouting, algae or pale leaves usually come down to water type, nutrient timing or the light setting, and are easy to fix. Tell us what you see and we will help you sort it out.
