Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as your garden ships. Use the link in that email to follow it to your door.
When should it arrive?
Pick the day you ordered and we'll show when to expect it.
An estimate in business days. Weekends are not counted.

Order confirmed
You get a confirmation email with your order number straight away.

Being prepared
We take 1–2 business days to prepare your order and hand it to the carrier.

On its way
We email your tracking number when it ships. The carrier can take 24–48 hours to show the first update.

Delivered
Most orders arrive 3–7 business days after you order, anywhere in the 48 contiguous states.
No tracking email, or no movement?
Check your spam folder first. If tracking hasn't updated for 7 business days, or the package never arrives, we'll send a replacement or refund you.
